Artfully Empowered is a free 5-week expressive art program for girls, focused on creating positive self-esteem, peer relationships and community engagement through art and mindfulness. Each week girls will be introduced to different art materials and mindfulness concepts, and how they can use art for self-care. Participants will also receive a take-home art kit so they can continue their art practices on their own.
This program is partially funded by the Soroptomists International of Saratoga County.
Ages 10-13
