This group is for adults interested in using art and creativity as coping tools for dealing
with depression, anxiety, or other mental health issues.

The goals of the group are:
Play. A necessity for health and happiness.
Process. Get lost in the act of art-making, find yourself as you engage with your creativity.
Practice. Art techniques for coping with difficult emotions and life challenges.

This is a good way to get unstuck, have some fun, and connect with like-minded people in a
safe and non-judgmental space. You do not have to have any artistic skills to participate, all are
welcome. The format of the group is very relaxed, and the facilitator provides a different theme or project
each session. The group is a closed group, meaning that the group is limited to registered members who are
able to attend on a regular basis.

Ages 18+
Cost is $15 dollars per person/session. Art materials provided.
The group facilitator is Heather Hutchison, LCAT, ATR-BC
