Does making art make you feel good? Do you wish you had the time & space at home to make art regularly? Do you need an opportunity to spend meaningful time with other people? Drop in any Tuesday, and treat yourself to an hour of art-making, with a focus on self-care, rather than on final product. The instructor will be on hand to help you work on your own projects, or guide you in exploring art techniques to help you cope with stress, practice mindfulness, and care for yourself in a creative way.
This class will explore how our breath and feelings move throughout body and how we can express that through line, shape and color.
