Did you know that making time for creativity is a stress reducer? In this workshop we will explore the mindful art practice of keeping a visual journal. Part scrapbook, part journal and part sketchbook, Visual Journaling is another expressive outlet to be reflective, explore ideas and thoughts, play with various art mediums and work through life’s challenges. We’ll start each workshop with a brief meditation on a theme and then get creative!
No art experience necessary, just a creative approach and a willingness to try new things!
Suggested Supplies: Blank Mixed Media Journal (this can also be purchased at the workshop); C.R.E.A.T.E. will supply all other materials during the workshop.
