Do you feel that your busy day-to-day leaves you no time to just enjoy the beauty of nature? Do issues like anxiety or depression make it hard to get out of the house? Wish you could be a little more creative? Using artistic activities rooted in the sensory experiences of nature, this group provides an opportunity to spend time each week exploring mindfulness, creativity, & connection to the natural world. No artistic or social skills necessary! This is a drop in-group, so feel free to come as you are able or invite others along. We will be outside so please dress accordingly.
