CREATE COMMUNITY STUDIOS
The Ceramics Wellness Studio offers 3 different levels of membership, All-Access, Limited, and Working. Each one will provide varying amounts of access so you can find one that works for you.
All-Access Membership
An
All-Access Membership will cost $90.00/month. The benefits will include 24/7 access to the studio to work on individual wheel thrown and/or hand built clay pieces. Members will be able to buy their own clay through CREATE at $35.00 for 25 pounds. All kiln firings and glazes will be included in the $90.00 monthly fee.
Limited Membership
A
Limited Access Membership will cost $50.00/month.
Benefits include 2 hours per week during Open Hours only. This means a Working Member must be present. Members will be able to buy their own clay through CREATE at $35.00 for 25 pounds. All kiln firings and glazes will be included in the $50.00 monthly fee.
Working Members
Working Members are the backbone of studio day-to-day operations, ensuring that the studio is clean, stocked and safe. In exchange for 4 hours of work per week, working members enjoy the benefits of a free Full Membership. Preferred qualifications for Working Members include, but are not limited to:
- Willingness to learn. Basic knowledge of studio operations is a plus
- Ability to lift 40lbs from floor to waist height
- Comfortable with cleaning
- Extensive knowledge of clay arts
- List of assigned tasks
- Available for 4 hrs of scheduled work in the studio each week (minimum of 12 hrs/month)
- Attend interview process with Studio Director or other working member
- Attend full orientation, along with safety training with Studio Director or other working member
